The Fonciq AI connector links ChatGPT or Claude to land-registry workflows your organization allows: index of immovables, deeds and plans as PDFs, bulk jobs, and lot watches. You ask in plain language; the connector runs steps on your Registre account when a document is required.
This site documents the AI connector product. The Fonciq API is a separate product for developers embedding Fonciq in software.

Billing (overview)
Billable steps debit your organization’s Fonciq wallet — the same as Studio and the HTTP API. A daily cap per OAuth connection limits accidental spend. Test mode lets you try without touching your real balance. Public pricing: fonciq.ca/tarifs.
Security
OAuth shows what the client requests (wallet, Registre accounts) before you authorize access. Never paste production API keys (fq_live_…) into public threads. See Security and consent.
