# Fonciq AI connector

For notaries, brokers, appraisers, and firms — Québec land registry in ChatGPT and Claude, with clear consent and the same wallet as Fonciq Studio.

The **Fonciq AI connector** links **ChatGPT** or **Claude** to land-registry workflows your organization allows: index of immovables, deeds and plans as PDFs, bulk jobs, and lot watches. You ask in plain language; the connector runs steps on **your** Registre account when a document is required.

## Billing (overview)

Billable steps debit your organization’s **Fonciq wallet** — the same as Studio and the HTTP API. A **daily cap per OAuth connection** limits accidental spend. **Test mode** lets you try without touching your **real balance**. Public pricing: [fonciq.ca/tarifs](https://fonciq.ca/tarifs).

## Security

**OAuth** shows what the client requests (wallet, Registre accounts) before you authorize access. Never paste production API keys (`fq_live_…`) into public threads. See [Security and consent](/en/security).
