What you can do

The connector lets you ask land-registry questions in ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible assistant, using the same wallet and registry accounts as Fonciq Studio.

Available

• Find a lot from an address or cadastral reference
• Read a lot record (owners, recent filings, visible servitudes)
• Order the index of immovables and read structured content
• Fetch a deed or cadastral plan as an official registry PDF
• Run bulk lookups (many lots or addresses in one request)
• Set up lot watches (alerts when the registry changes)
• Track registry fees for your organization in Studio
• Check known mapped flood zones near a location (free) — no result does not mean the property is outside a flood zone

What triggers a charge (no amounts here)

Orders that produce an official registry document (index, deed, plan, etc.) are billed at cost — Fonciq does not add a margin. Lookups without a document and flood-zone checks do not incur registry fees. See fonciq.ca/tarifs for pricing and spending controls.
