The Fonciq MCP server exposes the same capabilities as the Fonciq API v1 to AI agents. Fonciq is not affiliated with the MRNF or the Québec land registry.

  • Deeds and cadastral plans as PDFs on your organisation’s Registre account.
  • Bulk index (batch_submit) up to 500 lots per request.
  • Lot watch (watch_create) and inscription webhooks (HTTP API).
  • Free flood zones (flood_zones_lookup) with no key.
  • Structured deed parse and SLRI: offered soon on the API; no MCP tool published yet.
